Diane C Lowe received her Law Degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 1991 where she served as a Member and a Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree graduating Magna Cum Laude from Augsburg College in Minneapolis MN in 1986. Since then she has worked for law firms, large corporations and the State and Federal Government in New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN, Washington DC, Chicago, IL, Madison, WI, Eau Claire, WI, Milwaukee, WI and Las Vegas, NV in areas including appellate law, commercial, criminal and civil law, litigation, insurance defense & coverage, governmental affairs, contracts, products liability and international trade.

Diane has also worked for the Clinton Presidential Campaign, Transition and White House drafting Presidential Executive Orders and working on other domestic policy matters; and she served as an appointee to the Department of Justice under Attorney General Janet Reno where she worked on crime issues directly with the leading appointees at Justice; followed by a period as Justice Department Representative on Empowerment Zones and Enterprise Communities and the Washington D.C. Liaison with Arizona, Nevada, and California.

In 1995 she moved back to Wisconsin to serve as General Counsel for the State Senate Democratic Caucus. Additionally, she worked for the State Senate Democratic Committee and played an integral role in a recall election that led to the Democrats recapturing the State Senate. From 2000-2007 she was In-House Counsel for the third largest home improvement corporation in America. President/Billionaire John Menard owns Menard, Inc., a family run business which has 336 stores in 15 States. Over a seven year period she successfully tried cases in these States, winning all but one. She also was responsible for hiring and working with local counsel across the country on thousands of matters. Her work with Corporate Executives, Insurers and Local Counsel concentrated on insurance defense & coverage, contracts, litigation, products liability and business law. She is licensed in Wisconsin, Maryland, Illinois and Nevada and eligible to waive into all other States.

On the Federal level, she is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Nevada in the 9th Circuit, the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada and the Eastern and Western United States District Courts of Wisconsin in the 7th Circuit. Prior to law school she worked for Senator Proxmire and the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee on, among other things – the Supreme Court nomination hearings. Over the years, she has participated in hundreds of legal seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the law from the nation’s leading experts.

For the last 10 years she has owned, operated and is counsel for her own law firm, Lowe Law LLC. in Las Vegas, NV and Milwaukee, WI. During this time she has served as counsel on many appeals and argued in front of the WI Supreme Court as well as countless times before the Nevada District Courts and Wisconsin Circuit Courts.
